The exhibit display at the Affinity Federal Credit Union at 315 US-206 Ste 501, Hillsborough, NJ  will run from Monday September 28, 2026 through Friday, October 26, 2026.   This location can accommodate three (3) table easel pieces (no larger than 11" x 14" and five (5) floor easel pieces.   Artwork that promotes religion, politics or nudity will not be accepted.

NonMember:  $20 non-refundable (Once we receive acceptable pieces we will close applications)

Sales
Sales will be handled through the Arts Council zelle payment ID:  treasurer@hbartscouncil.org.   The Artist will be contacted to arrange for payment from the Arts Council to the Artists.   The Arts Council will retain 10% of the payment made by the buyer.  Any artist whose artwork is sold during the exhibit period will be invited to bring a replacement piece to be displayed for the remainder of the exhibit. 

Artist are responsible for:
-Complete application and provide image of proposed artwork (submit Application fee if nonmember)
-Sign waiver as part of  application
-providing appropriate easel
-a short artist bio and artwork statement
-dropping off and setting up their piece during one of the following timeframes (of which they will sign-up for)
-Monday, September 28 between 9 am and 11 am
-Tuesday, September 29 between : 12 pm and 2 pm
-Signing out their artwork on October 26 between 9 am and 11 am
