Planning documents are shared utilizing the following google groups:
Creative Team - View -- For volunteers and initial committee members
Creative Team - Update - For committee leads and board members
Note, it is recommended to search my google groups while signed onto your google account and then choose to choose your subscription ad <No Email> just in case someone sends an email to these groups. These groups are not intended to receive email as they are utilized for document security purposes.
